Vite Colte is made up of people who firmly believe in a shared concept of quality, in which each individual's responsibility is an essential part of the final result. Winegrowers, partners, friends. The members of ViteColte are "accomplices" in a project that demands a dedication to quality just as rigorous as the protocols implemented to pursue it. To achieve the highest level of quality, each winegrower is paid according to the size of the vineyard and not according to the quantity of product. One hundred and eighty winegrowers take part in the Vite Colte project, farming three hundred hectares of vineyards. The ViteColte protocol has only one goal: an absolute and constant standard of quality, the result of agronomic decisions aimed at sustainable, selective vineyard management designed to obtain perfectly ripe fruit. Each winegrower adheres to the protocol, takes immediate action in the vineyard, and defines and monitors the progress of their work in close contact with the company's team of agronomists.
