Conte di Castignano

Conte di Castignano was created in memory of Count Giovanni Baj Macario, a great lover of Tuscany and of its wine culture. Conceived by his daughter Anna Baj Macario and her husband Stefano Casadei, the project uses its wines to tell of the richness and variety of Tuscany's most prestigious territories — from Chianti to Chianti Classico, from Montalcino to the Maremma. Every bottle comes from a careful selection of the most representative varieties and appellations, expressing the elegance, the complexity and the authenticity of the Tuscan terroir. The project also pays close attention to sustainability, to the protection of biodiversity and to reducing environmental impact, through farming practices that respect nature and sustainable packaging.
